Sweet potatoes with gingersnaps in orange cups

Finally, something I made! The marshmallows were left over from some prior <a href="http://www.debacle.org/gallery/v/07march/april1/IMG_0887.jpg.html">cake decorating occasion</a>and were perhaps a little dry.
