Cloudberry Liqueur

Sunday John was back in the kitchen. After we watched them made at <a href="http://debacle.org/gallery/v/december+05/newyear/sabatinos+flambe.jpg.html">Sabatino's</a>, Kate had suggested peaches flambe' for the YAG brunch. Since that recipe isn't in the Joy of Cooking, this time John brought the computer into the kitchen. We decided to use what alchohol was on hand for the flame, which turned out to be an eastern European (I'm guessing here) "Konjak" and Lakka Cloudberry Liqueur, a Finnish gift from Rob several years back.
