Making apple strudel

We had just been reading <a href="http://www.amazon.com/gp/reader/0374466238/ref=sib_dp_pt/002-2876108-7053660#">Shrek</a> at Dash's house, and I just happened to have some filo thawed in my refrigerator and a new bag of apples on my counter. So we decided to make apple strudel after Wrenna went to bed. Dash made all the bread crumbs, and grated the lemon, and spread the butter, and put the crumbs on the apples, and put on the cinnamon. What a helper!
