Drive-though smelt!

At a new restaurant called "Catch of the Bay" in Marinette. Their motto is "We catch it, We cook it." I was more than a little skeptical, but it turns out that the guy who owns the restaurant also owns a commercial fishery. I still bet he doesn't catch the shrimp. The smelt, by the way, were terrific.
