Walking through the pasture

The easiest way to walk downstream seemed to be to cut along the edge of the horse pasture bordering the reserve and the canyon. We knew that under Swedish law everyone can walk in the countryside, so other than the occasional plop under our shoes, we were on solid ground, so to say.
