Heron rookery

Sue found this beautiful active <a href="http://www.oiseaux.net/oiseaux/ciconiiformes/grey.heron.html">Grey Heron rookery</a> on Djurgarden. There were at least 50 nests, with herons flying in and out and doing their <a href="http://www.rspb.org.uk/birds/brilliant/sites/batterseapark/index.asp">heron courtship rituals. </a> A real treat.
